Fajita Burgers (Fajita Rub)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Wild Al’s Fajita Rub
- Mix fajita rub into meat and shape into 4 patties
- Cook to desired doneness
- Place in bun; top with your choice of toppings
Suggestions: Pepperjack, Monterey Jack, or Co-Jack cheeses Cilantro Mayonnaise (1 T chopped cilantro w/1 T real mayo) Salsa Grilled peppers & onions
Sesame-Teriyaki Burgers (Maple Teriyaki Sauce)
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ c. Wild Al’s Maple Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 T sesame seeds
- Wild Al's Asian Slaw (located on Salads Recipe page)
- Mix first 3 ingredients together and allow to sit for 15 minutes
- Form into 4 patties
- Grill or fry burgers to your desired done-ness
- Place on bun and top with Wild Al's Asian Slaw
Variation: Try some grilled pineapple on your burger for an exotic twist!
