I'm a Wild Al fan! We've tried the rub on grilled salmon and steak for a tasty summer meal. The Bourbon Molasses Sauce was wonderful on meatballs in the crockpot. The only thing added to any of these meats was Wild Al's products, making the preparation extremely easy. I recently had a chance to sample the Memphis Red Bar-b-que Sauce. It is delicious as well.
