Wild Al's Basic Rub
This rub is an excellent blend of spices to put on beef, chicken or pork. With a touch of brown sugar, it adds an awesome flavor to slow cooked or grilled meats. While you can rub it on and grill it right away, try rubbing in on and wrapping your item in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 10-12 hours. Then when you are ready, let your item come to room temp and throw it on the grill. If you use it on meats when smoking, use liberally and it will create a nice dark crust on your smoked meats. Package contains six ounces of rub.
